A group, not a portfolio.

Diarch Group began with a single conviction: that disciplined operators, working under shared values, could do far more together than they could apart. What started as a real-estate practice has grown into a multi-sector group — by patience, by trust, and by selecting only the partners and projects we'd be proud to put our name on.

Today, our companies span five sectors — from real estate and international trade to quick-commerce delivery. Headquartered in Patna, Bihar, and growing. Each company is run independently — but answers to the same standard.

The Arch Restaurant opens in Danapur, Patna — group becomes a four-sector holding company.

Quick-commerce venture launches in Patna, delivering groceries and daily essentials in minutes.

Group restructure

Diarch Group formalized as parent entity, with shared governance across six operating companies.
